I have had a terrible service from Direct Line. I've waited over 10 days for my boiler to be fixed and am still waiting having been visited by Storm Heating twice as the repair company of Direct Line choice for this job. Still nothing fixed even though it is a £20 part that can be got from the manufacturer next day delivery and takes 2 mins to install. In the meantime it is freezing and my family - including a newborn baby are left living in one room with an electric heater. I am so angry right now and no one seems willing to hurry up.
