My 80+ year old parents live in their own bungalow. Their current boiler is 20 years plus but rads and pipes are sound. Apart from pensions I am not aware that they qualify for other support. Please advise me if you can assist in any way. Warm front tell me they would only be elegable if their boiler broke down.
