Your advert in misleading. I have just had someone round when my boiler did not work. The man looked at it, said something about the circuits without even being sure it was this. he went away. I then got a call from the a lady quoting me £180 to cover for the repair of the boiler. I said I thought I was insured for this and she said the policy was for just 1 hour callout. This repair man stayed for 10 minutes . Arrived just before 2 and left just after 2. Overall, very disappointed. I feel as thoug I was conned. If I had known what I know now I would never ever had signed up for this Home reponse
